1 Ne 16:And it came to pass that I, Nephi, did exhort my brethren, with all diligence, to keep the commandments of the Lord.
5 And it came to pass that they did humble themselves before the Lord; insomuch that I had joy and great hopes of them, that they would walk in the paths of righteousness.
D&C 112:10 Be thou humble; and the Lord thy God shall lead thee by the hand, and give thee answer to thy prayers.
Humility is one of the first steps towards repentance and walking in paths of righteousness.
If we really concentrate on trying to walk the way He walked-loving, caring, serving, and obeying each step of the way-one day we'll look up and discover that His path has led us directly to the throne of God.
